Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in power generation or similar continuous process environment.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in a continuous process environment.
• Proficiency in using computer hardware and applicable software.
• Must pass pre-employment drug testing and background screens.
• Must be able to perform physical requirements including climbing ladders and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead the O&M Technicians and plant management team.
• Coordinate outages with customers to minimize downtime and cost.
• Hire, train and supervise O&M personnel; provide development opportunities.
• Develop and administer plant budgets; recommend capital expenditures.
• Ensure safety and environmental stewardship through the Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
• Analyze performance data to optimize plant operations and heat rate.
• Manage projects and contractor/vendor interfaces; promote teamwork across departments.
