This developmental role rotates through the Plant Nutrient Group to learn all aspects of the business and prepares you for an entry-level sales/commercial role within 8–12 months. You will build customer relationships, gain exposure to product management, logistics, pricing, and financial reporting, and develop knowledge of fertilizer markets and margins.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 1–3 years’ relevant experience (Agronomy, Crop Science, Agriculture Business, or related major strongly preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate as needed during/after the rotational program.

Responsibilities

  • Learn fundamentals of Plant Nutrient business and supply chain.
  • Develop relationships with customers and learn to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Gain working knowledge of commercial product management, sales, logistics, and major P&L components.
  • Understand pricing and margin dynamics across fertilizer supply chains and global trade.
