Job summary

Core Linen Services is seeking a dependable delivery driver to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries while complying with DOT regulations. The role requires evenings and weekend work, a clean driving record, and strict adherence to company policies.

You will load/unload linen carts, complete daily paperwork, perform pre-trip inspections, and maintain vehicles and appearance. If you are safety‑minded, detail oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs, apply today.

Qualifications

• Work second shift 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, weekends and possibly holidays.
• Must have a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and push/pull a 700 lb wheeled cart.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload linen carts at company and customer locations, tagging each cart.
• Complete required paperwork/logs and submit daily.
• Weigh soil under the correct customer and deliver to soil room.
• Disinfect vehicles after each soil pickup.
• Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Submit a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily.
• Perform customer deliveries accurately and on time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Shift Hours: 6pm-2:30am

Summary:

To assure customer deliveries are made with accuracy, timeliness. And within set time parameters. Perform job duties in a safe and courteous manner while maintaining an unblemished driving record. Adhere to all company and DOT requirements, including but not limited to daily documentation.

• Adhere to all Core Linen Services policies as stated in the employee handbook.
• Be in uniform and maintain a neat appearance every workday.
• Adhere to Core Linen Services attendance policy.
• Keep company equipment lean and organized.
• Report any mechanical issue to chief engineer promptly.
• Follow all universal precautions and procedures while on soil side.
• Maintain all proper DOT documentation and certification.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Report any and all problems/issues in regard to customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to work second shift from 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM, weekends and possibly holidays. Have and maintain a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license. Pass DOT physical, drug screening, and MVR background check. Be able to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull a wheeled cart of 700lbs.

• Completely fill out all required paperwork/logs and turn in daily.
• Weigh all soil in under the correct customer and deliver all soil to the soil room.

• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Turn in a Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Report daily.
• Perform customer deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
