Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have work ethic with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to work in adverse conditions including extreme heat/cold, dust, rain, snow and wind.
• Wyoming Mine Foreman certification must be obtained within one year.
• Basic computer skills.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant control processing equipment.
• Repairing steel cable and fabric conveyor belts.
• Machining (lathe, milling, etc.).
• Welding/fabrication.
• Hydraulic work (motors, pumps, etc.).
• Equipment operation (forklifts, man-lifts, etc.).
• Reading and understanding blueprints and schematics.
• All other duties as assigned.
