Qualifications

• 6 months live nursery or general merchandising experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months Lowe's sales floor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service daily following Lowe's policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service and Manager on priorities, schedule, and needs.
• Engage with customers when possible to assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting and loading merchandise.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and guide them to product locations and features.
• Share product information related to stock, specials, warranties, and Lowe's programs.
• Maintain displays, planograms, signage, and signage updates to ensure accuracy.
• Identify damaged signage and reorder replacements as needed.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and proper use of power equipment in work areas.
