Job summary

You will collaborate with Merchandising Service and store leadership to execute planograms, price changes, and stock updates while ensuring safety and store standards. Prior merchandising or nursery experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork required.

• 6 months live nursery or general merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets meet Lowe's specs.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Service and Manager to align priorities and resources.
• Engage with customers when possible to assist in locating and loading merchandise.
• Answer customer questions promptly and guide them through product locations and benefits.
• Maintain displays, signage, and planogram compliance to drive add-on sales.
