Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with vocational/technical training.
• 1 year of Plant Mechanic experience in facilities/healthcare environment preferred.
• Must understand utility and infrastructure systems common to healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain power plant equipment and facility utilities.
• Maintain boilers, chillers and cooling towers; manage plant water systems.
• Record shift activity and maintain detailed equipment logs.
• Respond to maintenance and emergency calls; participate in Fire Response Team.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel as assigned.
