Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Plant Mechanic in Worland, Wyoming to maintain boilers, chillers, water systems and generators across facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to service and emergency calls, keep logs, and support safety and facility operations.

This hands-on role also includes painting, inventory tasks and occasional customer interaction, with a Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4 PM schedule at Washakie Medical Center and mandatory on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical training.
• 1 year of Plant Mechanic experience and basic plant operations skills.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance and construction documents.
• Possession of Boiler Operator License if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, generators, and water systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service/emergency calls.
• Maintain operation logs and support safety and facility operations.
• Complete painting, inventory support and assist in Facilities services as needed.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and personnel as required.
• Work with staff, patients, physicians, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
