Job summary

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

As a Master Scheduler, you will fulfil the customer requirements by levelling the activities of the production floor, you will analyze, understand and anticipate the customer needs, ensuring that they are reflected in production activities, analyze customer Mis-deliveries Per Million (MPM) in order to propose improvement action plans: define and optimize data gathering and exchange and ensure data integrity in systems; follow up the achievement of the customer delivery program by managing alerts and following up with the transportation and the delivery of pieces; prepare the Sales & Operations Planning (PIC) monthly to obtain proper volume levels and optimize resources (employees, machines, materials and supplier readiness and capacity); implement and drive the Master Production Schedule (PDP) to ensure a level production plan and make production line provisions for variations of customer’s demand; manage the pool ans safety stock levels; and check that the sequencer and procurements oare consistant with the PDP. You will be accountable for communicating with the customers, establishing and monitoring the master production schedule, preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning, managing the pool and safety stocks levels, and following up the delivery performance. You will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the resources and processes, and to anticipate and resolve any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.

Minimum Education Level
  • Education: Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's in Engineering or Business.
Professional Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Master degree in Enineering preferred
  • Fluent in English

Physical Requirements
  • Exposed to heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
  • Job involves lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, and safety anti-cut sleeves required in production area due to physical hazards from moving equipment, machine parts, and product.
