Role Description

Ensure the safe and timely delivery of bulk concrete to the proper work site. Collaborate with site management and co-workers to maintain efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote safety and environmental policies, fostering a culture of safety.
2. Coordinate plant operations and field management activities.
3. Manage transportation, receiving, and quality control of products.
4. Oversee plant maintenance, equipment repairs, and safety compliance.
5. Supervise 2-40 employees, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
6. Ensure safety protocols, OSHA, DOT compliance, and proper record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction, market trends, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
