SRM Concrete in Radcliff, KY is seeking a Plant Manager to lead and develop the plant team, optimize daily operations, and ensure safety, quality, and service for every load. You’ll work cross-functionally with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations and drive continuous improvement.
