SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager in Alexander, AR who will lead a team to deliver safe, high-quality concrete on time. You will drive operational excellence, coach staff, and coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to optimize loads and ensure customer satisfaction.
