SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager on the Johns Island, SC area to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure on-time, safe concrete deliveries.

You will collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations, drive performance, and maintain high standards of safety and quality across all loads.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
• Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
• Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.
• Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
