SRM Concrete is seeking a results-oriented Plant Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee daily operations for timely, safe concrete deliveries. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams.

You will drive performance metrics, champion safety standards, and build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers to support profitable plant operations.
