Job summary

Transco Rail Services is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Miles City repair facility. You will be responsible for operational performance, customer confidence, workforce engagement, safety, quality, and profitability in a high-stakes manufacturing environment.

Lead multi-shift teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance while building strong customer relationships and delivering superior service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or technical operations leadership.
• 7+ years managing multi shift operations.
• Experience leading turnaround, transformation, or performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Rail, heavy equipment, aerospace, automotive, energy, or related industrial experience preferred.
