Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day operations to meet production goals.
• Increase output while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure production output and product quality; manage inventory and shipping processes.
• Allocate resources and utilize assets effectively for optimal results.
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Address employee issues and maintain safety policies and records.
• Collaborate with VP/GM on safety, maintenance and production matters.
• Oversee yard operations, forklift handling in shipping and receiving, and scheduling.
