International Wire Group, a Pantheon Electric Company, offers an Operations Management Associate – Plant Manager Development Program designed to grow the next generation of Plant Managers through hands-on manufacturing experience, mentorship, and progressive leadership assignments.

Salary range is $90,000–$105,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience.
• Proven success leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High integrity with sound decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured leadership development program exposing you to manufacturing operations and future Plant Manager responsibilities.
• Rotate through key manufacturing operations including rod breakdown, wire drawing, and related processes.
• Shadow supervisors and leaders across shifts to gain firsthand operational experience.
• Review production metrics, staffing plans, financial reporting, and performance with Plant Leadership.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Develop leadership skills by coaching teams and driving business results.
• Demonstrate ownership by identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve plant performance.
