This senior-level role involves leading Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments while ensuring quality standards and operational efficiencies. The Plant Manager at ConMet’s Clackamas, OR and Vancouver WA manufacturing facilities is a senior-level role responsible for leading the Production, Engineering, and Maintenance departments and directing representatives from HR, Finance and Quality departments to meet both customer expectations and the financial commitments of the organization.

Qualifications EducationRequired
Bachelors
ExperienceRequired 5 years
Experience as a Plant Manager in a medium sized manufacturing facility (200+ employees)
5 yearsISO or IATF16949 certified manufacturing environment experience
5 yearsExperience implementing Lean Manufacturing
10 yearsProgressive leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing plant environment
10 yearsManufacturing experience (preferably in machining, stamping, or die cast operations
Preferred
Automotive manufacturing experience
