Job summary

You will drive Lean, 5S, and automation projects, manage multi-shift teams, and partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and HR to meet customer commitments and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership with full P/L responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-shift operations with salaried leaders.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma mindset and continuous-improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Establish site safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost KPIs and daily management routines.
• Translate demand into capacity, staffing, and production plans across metal fabrication.
• Lead automation and capital projects with clear business cases and ROI.
• Develop workforce plans including hiring, onboarding, training, and succession.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Finance, and HR.
