Job summary

Tenneco is seeking a Plant Manager to direct all plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Finance, and HR. This role guides continuous improvement and ensures high safety standards while aligning with customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7–10 years of automotive manufacturing leadership experience, with strong ERP and budgeting skills. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position with a focus on delivering results.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Lean/Kaizen deployment and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to engage a diverse workforce and manage capital budgets.
• Working knowledge of automotive manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all financial aspects of the facility (P&L, AOP, capital).
• Champion plant continuous improvement activities (Lean, Kaizen, BOS, TVM).
• Set staff goals, monitor performance, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met with high quality and on time.
• Interface regularly with internal stakeholders to achieve plant objectives.
