Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Mentor supervisors and production staff, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental standards, and policies.
Optimize resources (labour, materials, equipment) to meet targets.
Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to achieve objectives.
Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for performance.
