Job summary

Sika is seeking a Plant Manager for the Versailles facility to lead safe, efficient and compliant operations while driving continuous improvement. You will own manufacturing performance across safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost, and cultivate a culture of accountability and engagement.

Responsibilities include delivering safety and productivity goals, building high‑performing teams across production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and supply chain, and partnering with functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and capital project execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership across hourly, salaried, and senior leadership groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant safety culture and achieve annual safety objectives.
• Deliver quality, service, and productivity goals through strong manufacturing execution.
• Build and sustain high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, EHS, quality, supply chain for reliable operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean, SPC, root cause analysis.
• Develop flexible organization to respond to demand and capacity changes.
