Job summary

Hollingsworth LLC in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Plant Manager for our repack and fulfillment facility to lead receiving, repack, quality, warehousing and distribution.

The role focuses on safe, efficient, high‑quality execution, driving productivity, inventory accuracy, workflow optimization and strong team leadership to meet customer requirements.

Initial operations run one day shift, Monday through Friday, with potential adjustments as programs grow and customer needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience leading new program or facility launch.
• Packaging, kitting and/or repack operations.
• Microsoft Office and basic operational systems proficiency.
• Willingness to wear steel-toe safety boots as required.
• Degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the operation including receiving, warehousing, repack, quality, and distribution activities.
• Monitor and adjust labor, workflow, equipment use, and set-ups to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and adherence to customer standards.
• Modify warehouse, production, and inventory control practices to enhance operations and profitability.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to optimize throughput and accuracy.
