Job summary

Pregis LLC in Arlington, TX is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a four-shift, 24/7 operation. You will direct daily manufacturing activities, coach staff, ensure safety, quality and on-time shipping, and drive lean improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership and manufacturing management experience.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality, productivity and cost control.
• Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals applied to operations.
• Experience with budgeting, strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing activities and drive productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Plan and direct day-to-day operations to meet customer expectations.
• Increase capacity and flexibility while controlling costs and maintaining quality.
• Implement Lean practices and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Develop KPI's, manage staff, and recruit/train plant personnel.
• Monitor schedules/forecasts and adjust workforce as needed.
• Collaborate with R&D to optimize production performance and costs.
• Ensure safety programs, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance.
