Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Manager for our Tampa, FL facility. You will oversee all production activities, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive preventative maintenance while directing equipment and workforce planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent with 3+ years as a plant manager, strong OSHA knowledge, and purchasing experience. You will lead process improvements and ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Strong ability to review and discuss production reports and P&L statements
• Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures and best practices
• Experience with purchasing and coordinating materials for production

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant manufacturing processes and ensure quality products while maintaining a safe work environment
• Plan and direct equipment layout, workflow, and workforce utilization; participate in procurement of raw materials and production supplies
• Develop production schedules and sequences to meet goals
• Perform other duties related to the role as needed
