Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years manufacturing management experience.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Business, or 10 years related experience.
• Strong leadership experience, managing large teams in industrial environments.
• 30% travel to region meetings, BRMs, ENA plant visits.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates production according to policies and procedures.
• Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees.
• Confers with customers, suppliers, sales and others to evaluate performance.
• Manages subordinate managers and teams across departments such as HSE, HR, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Casting, Materials, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental obligations; promote a safe working environment.
• Review production costs and adjust inventory and manufacturing strategies for profitability.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance for preventive maintenance and environmental improvements.
• Approve requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies within budget.
• Enforce policies and regulations; develop manufacturing talent; coordinate cross-functional goals.
• Hire, train and develop staff; set objectives and review performance.
