Job summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production, packing, finishing, control, plant engineering and maintenance.
- Manage staffing levels, quality, delivery, unit production, and cost control to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with sales on production planning and budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement and safe, compliant operations.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance for preventive maintenance programs.
- Report to Plant Manager and support ISO/QS compliance.
