Job summary

LHH is seeking a Plant Manager for a direct hire position in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves directing all operations at a food/beverage manufacturing facility, leading continuous improvement projects, and managing P&L. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food/beverage manufacturing and strong leadership skills. The compensation ranges from $130,000 to $147,000 per year plus bonus, with several medical insurance options and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience at the Operations Manager and/or Plant Manager level.
• Must have 10+ years of experience within food/beverage manufacturing.
• Experience with sanitation within a food/beverage manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operations related to manufacturing, quality, sanitation, and engineering teams.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and manage P&L.
• Ensure all departments operate effectively and adhere to quality standards.
