Responsibilities

• Own the Tool and Die model to forecast next quarter.
• Decide where to say no so it can say yes to one thing.
• Partner with finance, marketing, and product to align on shared outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity.
• Coach managers through the math behind a hard reallocation.
• Own the P&L for business and report performance to senior leadership.
