Job description

My client, a well-respected regional label printer, seeks an experienced Plant Manager to oversee their Florida location. You will be responsible for managing 10 employees working across 2 shifts, printing pressure-sensitive labels for the food & beverage, consumer, personal care, and industrial markets. The plant utilizes 8-color 17" flexo presses and inkjet/digital capabilities.

Your responsibilities include setting up quality systems, scheduling, and establishing routine maintenance programs. You will report directly to the President. The company offers a salary of $80,000 - $100,000 plus full benefits, including a 3% matching pension plan.
