Job summary

Software Placement Group seeks a Plant Manager to lead administrative and production operations for a conveyor belt systems manufacturer. This high-level role directs a management team to ensure safe, timely, and quality production in a demanding environment.

You will plan, organize and control production, cost resources, and ensure SOPs meet ISO 9001 standards while driving continuous improvement and training across the workforce. This is an on-site, full-time leadership role.

Qualifications

• Five+ years supervisory/managerial experience required.
• Mechanical or industrial engineering experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop production schedules and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control, and evaluate plant admin and production operations.
• Develop procedures to optimize materials, labor, and equipment use.
• Coordinate ISO 9001 production reporting and quality/safety inspections.
• Set maintenance schedules for machines and equipment.
• Hire and train staff on machines, processes, and safety.
• Submit reports to senior management and attend trainings.
