Job summary

IFF is seeking a Plant Manager in Carrollton, TX in an onsite capacity. You will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing facility, driving performance and shaping the site's future.

Your mission is to achieve best-in-class results in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost, while aligning with business objectives. This role requires strong business acumen and close collaboration with multi-site leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• University/technical degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of industrial experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in food/chemical process industries a plus.
• Lean Manufacturing familiarity and strong collaboration abilities.

As Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing facility, driving performance and shaping the future of the site. Your mission is to enable the plant to achieve "best in class" results in People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost, while aligning with our business objectives. This role requires strong business acumen and close collaboration with multi-site leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

• Champion operational excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and People performance.
• Maximize production capability through continuous improvement programs and maintenance best practices.
• Foster a culture of employee engagement, trust, and capability development.
• Act as a change agent, challenging paradigms and promoting a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service through capacity planning, adherence to manufacturing schedules, and effective communication.
• Achieve financial goals related to cost, productivity, and inventory management.
• Drive collaboration within the plant and across the global IFF network, engaging effectively with business and functional leaders.
• Define the future vision for the site and set critical operating objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations, company policies, and processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• University degree in a technical field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of industrial experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role; experience in food and/or chemical process industries is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly grasp technology and lead change initiatives effectively.
• Experience driving cultural transformation and building high-performing teams.
• Strong prioritization and strategic direction-setting capabilities, with a data-driven and action-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (preferred).
• Fluent Spanish is highly preferred
