A National Feed Manufacturer is looking for a Feed Plant Manager due to a recent promotion. This company manufactures feed for local dairy, beef, and swine producers. In this role, you would oversee daily production, increase output, manage hiring and firing, and lead capital improvement projects. The company is known for promoting hardworking employees into larger roles as opportunities arise.

Feed Plant Manager Job Description

• Maximize production
• Hire, train, and lead a team of 20 employees
• Help grow the business towards a continuous facility model
• Oversee safety, OSHA, HACCP compliance
• Host international visitors and customer tours
• Train employees and hold them accountable
• Manage budgets and P&L
• Ensure operational efficiency within the facility

Background Requirements

• 3+ years manufacturing experience (livestock feed or nutrition preferred)
• LEAN, OSHA, HACCP, and safety experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
• Experience in team growth and process improvement

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary between $110,000 and $140,000 with a 20% bonus potential
