Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 + Benefits

Plant Manager (Energy Facility Operations) Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a 12-person team including O&M and admin staff
• Manage safety, compliance, and environmental programs across all operations
• Oversee plant training programs and maintain employee certifications
• Direct contract administration, budgeting, procurement, and reporting
• Coordinate emergency response and regulatory engagement activities
• Lead maintenance planning, outages, and equipment oversight
• Maintain plant morale and foster a culture of performance and safety
• Support current and future project execution and process improvements
• Serve as the main point of contact for owner, community, and regulators
• Maintain high visibility and involvement in plant operations and staffing
