Job summary

Threadlock Precision in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Plant Manager to lead two precision machining facilities and scale a high-growth manufacturing platform. You will drive P&L, production, safety, and continuous improvement while building a culture of accountability and teamwork.

This role requires 7+ years in manufacturing leadership with aerospace/defense CNC experience and a BS in Engineering. Relocation assistance provided and eligible for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years manufacturing leadership experience with at least five years in an Operations Manager, Plant Manager role.
• At least 5 years of experience in aerospace and defense precision/CNC machining.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership across two precision machining facilities and align execution with business goals.
• Plan, organize, and lead day-to-day operations across all shifts to meet customer demand, capacity needs, and production schedules.
• Drive on-time delivery, quality, throughput, asset utilization, cost management, and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing, vendor, inspection, and design issues affecting operations.
