Job summary

Exela Pharma Sciences LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Lenoir, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a background in the Food & Beverage or Automotive industries and demonstrate leadership skills to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities include managing plant operations, ensuring safety compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role and an Associate’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in plant management within food and beverage or automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations is a plus.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production and quality control.
