This role emphasizes strategic planning to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness while mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance. Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, and P&L responsibilities is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing operations, incl. 3+ years as Plant Manager or similar.
• Proven track record improving efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $134,000 - $185,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Plant Manager or similar senior role.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, safety, and quality metrics.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project management experience, particularly with capital projects
• Bilingual proficiency (especially Spanish)
• OSHA 30-hour certification
