The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the ready-mixed concrete industry, including leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in ready-mixed concrete production, with two years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is helpful but not required.
• Proficient in operating equipment used in ready-mix production.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production and distribution adhere to company policies.
• Develop efficient use plans for resources and review production costs.
• Supervise personnel involved in batching and delivering concrete.
