Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a Plant Manager for the Burnside, KY site. You will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, drive safety, quality and cost targets, and lead improvements across the plant with a focus on people development and culture.

This is an on-site role requiring strong leadership and strategic execution. You will manage and develop teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver results on KPIs while supporting new product launches and facility upgrades.

This person will manage and develop people, deliver results across key performance metrics (including safety, quality, efficiency and cost), support the launch of new products, manage change, and drive continuous improvement.
