Job summary

Clorox is seeking a Plant Manager for the Kingsford plant in Burnside, KY. This role leads manufacturing operations, drives safety, quality, efficiency, and cost targets, and oversees people, equipment, and processes to deliver results.

Your role at Clorox:

The Plant Manager is an experienced Supply Chain/Manufacturing Leader responsible for all aspects of site operations at our Kingsford plant in Burnside, KY. This person will manage and develop people, deliver results across key performance metrics (including safety, quality, efficiency and cost), support the launch of new products, manage change, and drive continuous improvement. The Plant Manager is responsible for all elements of the manufacturing site, including people, equipment, property and all aspects of production in a medium sized plant.

In this role, you will:

• Have accountability for establishing targets for KPI's including safety, quality, cost, operating efficiency/productivity, etc. and then driving attainment of the plant balanced scorecard in a small/medium sized manufacturing facility.
• Drive, model and support desired plant culture, vision & team-based structure,
• Lead culture development, provide change leadership, and proactive IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship) initiatives.
• Create short and long-term strategies with clear roadmaps for success.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor direct reports' performance and the performance of their teams, leveraging recognition programs and supporting behavior modification, fostering an environment of trust, open communication, and ownership.
• Demonstrate financial acumen and proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.
• Improve operations through data analytics, technology leverage, loss identification, and strategic improvements.
• Deliver effective, audience-tailored communication.

The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

-Zone A: $157,600 - $316,700

-Zone B: $144,400 - $290,300

-Zone C: $131,300 - $263,900
