Job summary

SRM Concrete seeks a Plant Manager in the United States to lead daily plant operations in Abilene, TX. You will coach a diverse team, optimize load planning and routing, and ensure safety, quality, and service standards across every delivery.

You will collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to exceed customer expectations while overseeing budgeting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives at SRM’s growing network.
