Job summary

Warren Oil Company, Inc. in Dunn, North Carolina is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee plastics processing, compounding, filling, blending, and packaging operations.

You will supervise up to 100 personnel and manage production, maintenance and warehousing to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong supply chain experience, and a proven record in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ten years experience managing a manufacturing facility.
• Five years liquid and compounding experience preferred.
• Strong supply chain experience for manufacturing operations.
• Outstanding leadership and communication skills across teams and personnel.
• Lean, TPM, 5S or Six Sigma process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run day-to-day operations across plastics blow molding, compounding, filling, blending and packaging.
• Manage up to 100 personnel including supervisors, lab, production and maintenance teams.
• Oversee inbound/outbound supply chain using ERP systems like JDE or SAP.
• Control raw materials inventory, schedules and work orders for production processes.
• Ensure maintenance and security of buildings and equipment; minimize downtime.
