Brose in Warren, MI is seeking a results-driven production/quality leader to oversee plant operations onsite at the Jefferson plant. The role requires 2+ years in quality or production engineering and 3 years of team leadership to drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will manage budgets, coordinate across manufacturing, engineering, planning and R&D, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced automotive setting.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years in a quality or production engineering role, plus 3 years leading a team Project management and implementation of new products Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques gained within the automotive industry Comprehensive knowledge of production planning and control Evidence of leadership and team building skills Good communication / inter-personal skills
