The Hillman Group in Tyler, Texas seeks a Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations across facilities, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a cost-efficient process with safety as a priority. You will develop staffing plans and manage KPI-driven production performance across multiple sites.
Required is 5 years of plant management experience, a strong background in progressive manufacturing principles, and proven leadership to deliver on budget and schedule.
The Plant Manager is responsible for all aspects of production operations within the facilities. This includes but not limited to the execution of Plant operations at multiple locations while maintaining a cost-efficient process. Provide effective project management and supervision and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) maintaining operational goals and strategy. Develop and execute a staffing plan that meets operational objectives and maintain the approved plan according to Hillman Policy and Procedures. Constantly drive continuous improvement putting Quality and Safety first. Work closely with all team members providing a positive working atmosphere.
