Golden Pet Manufacturing seeks a Plant Manager to lead the Richfield, WI facility. You will oversee production, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and GMP adherence, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement across departments.

• Oversee and manage the production process at the facility to operate within budget and meet KPIs.
• Monitor and review daily production performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Create and share regular reports with management on production metrics, issues or challenges facing departments, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and enforce safety guidelines and protocols with managers and employees.
• Foster GMP adherence and food safety standards across processes and initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement in partnership with other departments.
• Lead Production and Sanitation leaders and teams with accountability and development.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain efficient operations and address production challenges.
• Provide leadership support for employee or performance related challenges.

• Partner closely with other departments to maintain efficient operations and overcome challenges in the production area(s) as they arise.
• Provide leadership support and assistance to Production and Sanitation leaders for employee or performance related challenges.

We’re Looking For A: Plant Manager

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to identify cost saving opportunities and see those opportunities through to implementation in partnership with other departments and stakeholders
• Manage the Production and Sanitation leaders and teams in a way that fosters accountability, autonomy, performance and career development

Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Technology, Manufacturing or related field is preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Prior experience working in pet food or food production is preferred
