Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix Co Inc in Sigourney, IA seeks a Plant Manager to lead daily plant operations, ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries, and guide the team to success.

Responsibilities include managing production, inventory, logistics, safety programs, and staff development while maintaining equipment. CDL preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record
• 2+ years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment
• Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills
