Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix Co Inc in Canton, MO is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily plant operations, production, inventory, and deliveries, guiding a team to reliability and quality.

This role requires CDL, leadership, and knowledge of batching processes; you will mentor staff, ensure safety and DOT/OSHA compliance, and maintain equipment while coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
• CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years experience operating a Ready-Mix plant and equipment.
• Knowledge of concrete batching, mix designs, and production processes.
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills.
