Qualifications

Summary

The Plant Manager will lead all plant operations, production performance, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness for the Xerxes operation in Blythewood, SC. This role is critical to strengthening plant performance through disciplined problem solving, visible floor leadership, workforce engagement, and accountability across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and production volume.
