Steel Technologies is seeking a facility leader to oversee operations and drive performance across manufacturing and office functions. This role focuses on team leadership, budgeting, safety, and continuous improvement using Lean, 6S, and Kaizen principles.
The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree (preferred) and have 6–8 years of production-management experience, with strong analytical and financial skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and AS400.

Prefer an undergraduate degree in a related field and six to eight years of managing in a production environment. Formal education may be substituted with experience and training when competency in the position is demonstrated.
This work is performed in a both an office setting with minimal to moderate noise due to computers, printers, and people, along with a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, heat, etc., requiring the full use of personal protective equipment.
