Job summary

Allen Industries Inc. is seeking a hands-on Plant Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead our manufacturing operation, develop people, and drive operational excellence.

You will oversee daily production, ensure safe and on-time delivery, and partner with Sales, Project Management, Estimating, Design, Shipping, and Installation teams to meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing or plant leadership, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or plant management experience.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
• OSHA certification.
• ERP system experience such as Jobscope.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Inspire and develop production leaders and employees; create a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement; coach employees and develop future leaders; lead hiring and performance management.
• Run the Operation: Oversee daily manufacturing operations; ensure projects are produced safely, efficiently, and on time; improve productivity and quality.
• Drive Business Results: Manage budgets and production costs; analyze metrics; collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Estimating, Design, Shipping, and Installation teams; drive efficiency and profitability.

What You'll Do

Lead the Team

What We're Looking For

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
• OSHA certification
